We love a good party here at Sky lanterns HQ, particularly when our lovely products are used. But we also like really special and unique events, where the host(s) and guests are really treated to something unexpected. In this week’s blog, we list our top events that we’ve been to/witnessed in the last year where our lanterns have made an appearance:
- Our Rob’s new baby Zoe’s naming day: Hog roast, loads of toys and cake, and a display of coloured sky lanterns at dusk. What a great way to welcome little Zoe into the world.
- Other Rob’s wedding: We danced our socks off doing the ceilidh, and Helen (the new Mrs Rob) loved the surprise sky lanterns.
- The lovely moving HSBC adverts on the tube: Commuters were treating to images of sky lanterns on super electronic screens as they made their daily journey to and from Waterloo station.
- Sky lanterns being released at Glastonbury, where the weather was better than it has been in years. Many happy festival-goers were treated to the display.
